Angel food

Crispy cardamom crumbs meet fluffy cream, sweet jam and tart berries. A classic homemade dessert!

4 servings:
1 1/2 dl whipped cream
1 dl raspberry jam
8 cardamom crusts
1 1/2 dl fresh berries

Whip the cream until it is fluffy. Roughly crush the crusts and place them in the bottom of the glass/assiette. Add lightly whipped cream and raspberry jam. Top with fresh berries and crust crumbs.
